Insurance

Although we do not participate in any dental insurance plans, we are happy to fill out your forms and submit your claim. Generally, insurance companies pay 40-60% of the standard fees. However, we try to accommodate every patient. Once we submit your treatment plan to your insurance company for pre-authorization, we are in a better position to discuss arrangements, alternatives, adjustments, discounts, etc. We are less able to adjust fees where lab costs are involved. Now is a good time to become a patient…. We are extra flexible!

In view of today’s economic climate, we are happy to offer a 10-15-20 % discount to the following patients:

• Artists & actors
• Teachers and students
• Police, fire department, federal, and military employees
• Nurses and medical personnel
• Senior Citizens

We also offer discounts to employees of:

• Ralph Lauren
• Saks Fifth Avenue
• NY Times & Stage Hands union
• Bergdorf-Goodman
• NYU, Columbia… and others

Appointments

Our appointments reserve time specifically for you; there is rarely more than a 5-10 minute wait. 24-hour notice is expected to cancel an appointment or there may be a broken appointment fee.

Payment method

We accept personal checks, Amex, VISA, and MasterCard. In special circumstances we accept Insurance Company assignments. We do not accept Medicaid.
