Liliana has been working as an Office Administrator for over 12 years. She is a skilled user of technology, detailed-oriented "multi-tasker," effective communicator, energetic, patient and diplomatic. "I enjoy working with Dr. Goodman and his staff. Besa is our front desk assistant. She is a college student majoring in education (3.8 GPA!). She is often responsible for the kind voice you hear when you call us. Besa enjoys time with her family, good food, and lots of travel.
Carol has been Dr. Goodman's dental hygienist for over 6 years. Not only does she do gentle, thorough prophylaxis, but she also reinforces the proper techniques for prevention of periodontal disease. Carol handles our in-office bleaching, manages our "continuing care" program and administers fluoride as well. Carol is a team player with our staff and communicates very well with Dr. Goodman about each patient's individual needs. Carol, her husband, and newborn child enjoy traveling.

Beth alternates with Carol in our dental hygiene department. Beth is our most recent addition to our hygiene department and consistently receives rave reviews.
Marco is our ceramist who recently joined us after moving here from Italy. His esthetic work is truly unbelievable. In our unique environment, Marco can directly match the colors in the patients mouth and apply custom stains as well.

Eliza fabricates all of our precious alloy frameworks and gold crowns. She creates the base upon which Marco can add porcelain.
